Exciting New Initiatives at Change Management Review: A Call for Collaboration

Welcome to the Team!

We are thrilled to announce that we have a new Director of Change Practice Development joining us at The Change Management Review™ (CMR). With a decade-long relationship with Theresa Moulton, our new director brings a wealth of experience and a passion for driving valuable outcomes.

Our goal at CMR is to engage, inform, and involve the global change management community in advancing the practice of change management. Together with our new director, we are excited to embark on this journey of growth and development.

Our Approach:

1. Community-Centric Research: By engaging with our community, conducting surveys, and listening actively, we can identify trends and opportunities in the change management field to focus on.

2. Collaborative Refinement: Working closely with our community, we will prioritize initiatives based on their potential value and alignment with our vision and mission.

3. Strategic Initiative Design: Together, we will create high-level designs for priority initiatives to transform opportunities into actionable projects.

4. Community-Driven Implementation: When the time is right, we will mobilize our team and community to bring these initiatives to life, driving projects forward.

With a focus on continuous improvement, we are excited about the potential of this role and the impact we can make in the change management profession. We look forward to collaborating with you on this journey!
