Hey there! We are absolutely thrilled and humbled (okay, maybe blushing a bit too) to share our latest achievements for Summer 2024 from G2. And guess what? We’ve been named #1 in G2’s Relationship Index! How cool is that?

So, what does it take to clinch this ranking, you ask? Well, it involves factors like:

Among all the accolades we’ve received, the Best Relationship award holds a special place in our hearts. Why? Because our customers are our rockstars. They are the reason behind everything we do and the inspiration for creating incident.io – to make handling incidents a breeze for everyone.

Our customers are not just names on a list. We take pride in building real connections, celebrating milestones, and adding a touch of magic to their experiences. Whether it’s a fun Slack emoji, custom incident.io fire trucks, or sending incident.io-themed nail polish to celebrate a customer’s promotion, we’re all about creating those special moments.


When Alex from Planview was promoted to Staff Engineer (at least partially due to his work on Operational excellence with incident management), we surprised him with a gift to his office.
