One of my top Slack channels is #things-jack-says, dedicated to sharing funny quotes from Jack Buckmelter. It always brings a smile to my face, like the time he humorously referred to my kilt as a skirt!

My advice to candidates interviewing is to be authentic and showcase your true self. We understand the stress of interviews and value genuine personalities. Highlight your strengths and experiences to have meaningful conversations.
