Key milestones in 2023 showcased our dedication and vision. Securing a substantial institutional funding round of USD 35 million marked a pivotal moment in our growth journey. Riverwood Capital and Endeavor Catalyst played crucial roles in this achievement, aligning with InvGate’s mission and values. Opening new offices in Mexico demonstrated our commitment to serving clients in diverse regions, while educational initiatives like our Udemy course and book on Enterprise Service Management showcased our thought leadership.
Our digital presence also expanded, with engaging content on YouTube and a thriving IT podcast, Ticket Volume. Product innovations like InvGate Insight 2.0 and AI integration in our Service Desk tool demonstrated our commitment to cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
Looking ahead to 2024, our focus remains on purposeful growth and excellence. We aim to solidify our position as leaders in Service Management and organizational excellence, driving innovation and usability in all our products.
